We play some basketball in honor of Hoopfest; mainstream media (or MSM as we like to call it) finally wakes up to us; 7vs7 updates.

I wish that one of the 7×7 participants had established a harsh theme for their ingredients, for instance, trail hands on the range (beans, jerky, corn bread) or Marines in the jungle (bugs, rations, swamp water). I mean, surviving on oranges and red wine seems very posh.
Ps - Remi, use your legs when shooting free throws – don’t jump. http://www.gonzagabasketballcamps.com/Camps_AdvSkills.htm

I play it European style.
And second day in I can tell you: there is nothing — nothing — posh about seven ingredients. Nothing!

Okay, here’s the thing… sorry Stefan, ingredients are SINGLE things. Those who chose bread had to choose yeast and flour! It’s harsh. We made some concessions, like wine, but generally we were VERY HARSH on the lists because Steve was eating ONLY FRUIT! :)
Also, yes, I am very beautiful. And I’m a bigger YACHT fan than you. :)
Also, Portland isn’t on the coast!
Also, c’mon, it’s easier to learn from our mistakes.
Also, sincere best of luck, it’s not easy.
Remember to tempt with coffee early, the withdrawal pains subside about 3 days in.
Also, good title. :)
Also, this comment is getting pretty long!
Also, mainstream coverage is overrated, they are trapped in their jobs and hate their lives. We have more fun!
Also, let’s talk coffee, you guys have good shit up there? Anyone roasting their own?
Also, try a podcast with shirts, ties, and jackets. Just once. Please.
Also, we should talk about trips. What is the weather like up there? Hot? Dry?
Also, you guys play mini-golf?
Also, I’d like to you guys challenge each other more. (Once per episode? It can be small stuff, like eating a saltine or something? And maybe bet some money on this!) Oh, I see, this is the plan. Cool.
Also, nice job on the free throws Stefan.
Also, and I mean this as constructive criticism and in a nice way, what about tightening up the show? I watch at work, and it’d be great if it was like 15 to 20 mins. I think you could film the same thing and edit it down.
Also, I enjoy the show.
Also, I really like how fucking honest you guys are. It’s hard to be blunt sometimes cause you might make people mad, but you guys aren’t mean, you just say what you think. That’s fun.

Wow, Mikey…
We’ll just have to address all of this in the next podcast it looks like.

If the weather doesn’t cooperate for your sports segments, I think bowling would be a pretty good indoor substitute. In fact, I think Mikey’s suggestion of suits would make a pretty powerful combo with bowling.

I think lawn darts (if they still sell them) would be a fun sporting segement.

I’m sure they still sell them; a generation was raised on those.
