Much has been said about Spokane drivers; more should be said about their parking skills.
And for what it’s worth, a Yaris can fit through that. Barely. Many other types of cars can not.
Only one comment? Is that all we're good for?

Hah, occasions like that are a mixed blessing. Because they are entirely shit, but so ridiculous as to merit a bit of malicious compliance. Well, if there’s enough room to leave your car in the ‘only’ available space that also blocks the other guy from getting out anyway.
