Remi does Neato Burrito

I don’t care what people say, I think Neato Burrito is a good name.
Even more importantly, the former Slickrock Burrito is now hipper than thou, almost up there with Stefan. (Almost.) Lovely new interior, as well as opening hours until 2am. The latter is obviously great, not just because a burrito pairs well with inebriation (and it does,) but something like this definitely help fuel the scene downtown. Outside of The Satellite, Scratch (when they decide to stay open,) and a tiny handful of other places, late night dining is pretty much limited to large fast food franchises.

As for Neato, the menu is largely the same, but the end product has definitely improved. Before going to see the brilliant Cloverfield, I tried the new BBQ burrito which was delicious. Brisket, pinto beans, spicy sour cream, a very fresh tasting salsa… If food is sex, then a late night burrito paired with a Northern Lights IPA is Jessica Lucas.
Lord knows why the downtown Pita Pit closes as early as it does; the only thing that can compete with a late night burrito is a pita. Or a döner. But that’s neither here nor there.
Only one comment? Is that all we're good for?

I too gave the barbecue burrito a whirl, today at lunch. And there was Iron Maiden playing. Enough said, Neato Burrito rules.
